The essentials, from size to surface.
Sequential numbers: SRD-MW-001, SRD-MW-002… Generate a new number for each new customer estimate. Current dimensions and rates are retained.
Wardrobe dimensions
MILLIMETRESMain height excludes the loft. Standard carcass rate covers depths up to 600 mm.
Same width and depth as the wardrobe. Loft doors always use hinges, even above sliding doors.
Sliding system
Select the mechanism independently of the plywood grade.
Overlap adds to shutter area. Track rate includes the top + bottom pair per running foot of opening.
HPL shutter finish
LAMINATEA + B = 100% of shutter area. A separate bi-colour fabrication rate applies once.

Light strip is priced per running foot; sensor and driver are charged per circuit.
Accessory prices include their mounting hardware and runners. Confirm internal clearance and product size before ordering.

How this estimate is calculated
Carcass & depth
Front elevation basis, not a plywood cutting list: width × height ÷ 92,903.04 = sq ft. Main and loft are separate. Carcass rates include the box, back, standard internals, inner laminate, fabrication and edge banding; shutter and hardware charges are separate.
Extra depth = combined front area × max(0, depth − 600) ÷ 100 × the extra-depth rate. No reduction below 600 mm. Special internal layouts need a separate quotation.
Shutters & finish
Swing shutter area = front area. Sliding area = [width + (panels − 1) × overlap] × main height ÷ 92,903.04. Loft area is added without overlap. Fitting gaps and sheet waste are covered by rates, not separately added.
Substrate includes inner balancing laminate and edge banding. Single HPL = all area × A rate. Bi-colour = A area × A rate + B area × B rate + total area × fabrication surcharge.
Hardware & accessories
Swing hinges = doors × hinges per door, plus loft hinges. Sliding roller kits = panel count; tracks = opening width ÷ 304.8, priced as a top + bottom pair. Profiles = panel count × profiles per panel × main height ÷ 304.8.
Rod and light strip use total running feet. Other accessories use pieces. Sensor + driver kits use circuit count. Fit, load ratings and final hinge count require supplier confirmation.
Final total
Subtotal = cabinetry + finish + hardware + accessories + services. Installation uses main + loft front area, excluding overlap. Entered tax applies to the entire subtotal. Final total = subtotal + tax.
